As Pride Month comes to an end, the marches, celebrations, and events that commemorate the progress made by the LGBTQ+ community in pursuit of equality slowly leave the calendar. Many brands and corporations have progressively played a more prominent role in organizing and sponsoring such events — not without controversy, as many in the LGBTQ+ community ask whether corporate involvement has changed what Pride signifies.

One brand, however, didn't just show up — it showed out. T-Mobile not only scored a perfect 100% rating from the Human Rights Campaign, but also happens to be "the most diverse wireless carrier," with more than 62% of employees representing minorities. Their #UnlimitedPride campaign spanned the entire country, making T-Mobile one of the most visible corporate Pride participants of 2018.

In Their Own Words

"As the Un-carrier, we fully embrace different cultures, perspectives, and ideas, because we know it fuels innovation and creates a stronger community capable of driving positive change. Every year, thousands of T-Mobile employees, allies and their families come together to celebrate this commitment to diversity by bringing their energy and spirit to Pride events across the country — and we're proud to support them in being their truly authentic selves!"
