The Process
A streamlined four-step process that gets authentic LGBTQ+ creator content into your advertising campaigns — fast, licensed, and ready to run.
Creators submit links to existing video content showing their style, average length, and creative direction — for the client destination or any other destination. Destinations submit their campaign brief and target audiences.
Pink Media and our destination client evaluate submissions and make an offer — from $250 to $1,000+ based on content quality, platform reach, engagement rate, and whether the creator will promote via their own channels.
Creator posts a first draft on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts and sends us the URL. Most content is accepted on the first draft — as long as it stays aligned with the agreed style and direction. A light edit may occasionally be requested.
Upon acceptance, the creator is paid the agreed-upon amount and submits the original MP4 or MOV file via WeTransfer or Dropbox. The client receives unlimited licensing rights to use the content in advertising and marketing campaigns — in perpetuity.
