Every year, we will be exhibiting at, and sponsoring, a select set of Pride Festivals around the world. At these events, we will be interviewing folks for a special series of #ILoveGay Today videos, as well as longer-form #ILoveGay Views short documentaries on how these Pride Festivals have evolved and adapted over the past few years. So much has happened since 2020 and the pandemic hit, with Pride Festivals going virtual and now emerging from the various shutdowns and quarantines as a distinctly different event, merging some of what they learned going virtual, together with a new style of events in the real world (#IRL). In addition, there has been an exodus of folks since 2020 moving from urban areas to more remote parts of the US and, for a variety of reasons, staying put, changing the demographic landscape of semi-rural areas ranging from Bend, Oregon to Asheville, NC to Allentown, PA... and all points in between. This, in turn, is changing small-town Pride Festivals across North America and around the world, providing us a perfect backdrop for a new set of Pride-focused interviews, documenting these changes and capturing the voices of the LGBTQ+ community around the world.
